Aaron Prabhu is a lawyer in the firm's Labour, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice. He has experience assisting with a range of litigious matters across all areas of employment, industrial relations, workplace safety and discrimination law, providing support to clients across the public and private sectors. He has assisted in complex litigation as well as advised on commercial matters.
He has assisted clients in litigation matters in the Fair Work Commission, the Federal Court and the Supreme Court. These matters have included claims arising from unfair dismissal, general protections, discrimination, sexual harassment or breach of contractual duties.
