Erin Fleury is an insurance recovery lawyer. He represents policyholders in complex insurance coverage disputes as well as other complex commercial litigation. Erin has represented policyholders in a broad range of insurance recovery matters, including coverage for hospitality clients arising from civil liability alleged as a result of third-party human trafficking claims, additional insured and contractual indemnity issues, long-tail liabilities related to asbestos-containing products, industrial accidents, product contamination, and recall losses, as well as providing counseling to clients to evaluate and optimize their current insurance coverage programs.
Erin has also represented owners, contractors, and design professionals in a variety of public and private construction disputes involving oil and gas processing facilities, residential construction projects, processing plants, and roadway and bridge projects.
