Jessica A. Pingleton

Jessica’s practice includes a broad range of business, corporate, and real estate matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private financing, and commercial leasing. She advises emerging and growing companies with respect to choice of entity, business formation, strategic planning and growth, commercial contracting and licensing, private financing, and regulatory compliance. She also drafts and negotiates commercial lease agreements, and navigates clients through commercial and residential purchase and sale transactions from contract to closing.

Jessica meets every project with the same attention to detail, always mindful of the client’s interests and budget. She prides herself in her efficiency, responsiveness, and timeliness. Her representative experience spans a diverse array of industries, including construction, telecom, technology, waste disposal, agribusiness, restaurants, craft beer, and tobacco.

Prior to joining the firm, Jessica served as an associate at a Colorado law firm, where she was engaged in corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and restructurings, with a focus on selling parties’ representations. She also has experience in corporate governance and formation, commercial leases, and conducting title review and negotiation of buy-sell agreements for real property.
