Jessica L. Moran

Jessica Moran is an associate in the Pittsburgh office. An experienced litigation associate, Jess focuses her practice on commercial litigation and disputes, class action defense, and insurance recovery litigation on behalf of corporate policyholders. Jess’s commercial litigation and class action defense experience extends to areas of commercial contracts, warranty, commercial leasing, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and product liability disputes. Jess also maintains an active labor and employment practice representing clients in connection with discrimination litigation and agency charges, as well as providing counseling on labor dispute issues.

Jess’s clients are in a variety of industries and sectors, including telecommunications infrastructure, food, chemical manufacturing, heavy manufacturing, health care, online retailer, and logistics providers. 

Currently, Jess serves as National Litigation Counsel for one of the country's largest telecommunications infrastructure companies. In that role, she has helped her client avoid litigation on multiple occasions, but has also successfully handled multiple lawsuits for claims such as breach of contract, rescission, ejectment, tortious interference, and fraud.

Ms. Moran was a summer associate in the firm’s Pittsburgh office in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Moran was a student attorney in Georgetown University Law Center’s Community Justice Project Clinic.
