K&L Gates Advises Gramercy Europe on €175 m Logistics Portfolio Acquisition

Paris - Lawyers from the Paris office of global law firm K&L Gates have advised Gramercy Europe, through its latest fund Gramercy Property Europe III, on the acquisition of seven French logistics assets for €175 million from Tristan Capital Partners.

Located across France, the combined portfolio spans seven buildings totaling almost 300,000 sqm. Of these, five are located near France’s main logistics hubs of Lille, Paris and Marseille, while the remaining two are on the main Paris-Bordeaux road transit route.

The fully occupied assets provide Gramercy Europe with a logistics portfolio located in strong and strategic locations with existing Grade A tenants, including Auchan, ID Logistics, Michelin, Conforama and Burton.
