The firm is governed by a Management Committee composed of the Chairman and Global Managing Partner; the Vice Chairman and General Counsel; the Global Development Partner; the Global Integration Partner; the Managing Partner, Asia; the Managing Partner, Australia; the Managing Partner, Europe; and the Managing Partner, U.S.; Practice Area Leaders (“PALs”) for the Corporate and Transactional; Energy, Infrastructure and Resources; Financial Services; Intellectual Property; Litigation and Dispute Resolution; Policy and Regulatory; and Real Estate fields; and Administrative Partners from most of its offices.

The Committee has assigned nine members to serve on its Executive Committee, which advises the Management Committee on issues relating to strategic positioning and integration. The firm also maintains over 30 practice groups, each of which is served by one or more Coordinators who report to the PALs on the management of the practice.

The firm’s professional management includes Chief Officers in Finance, Operations, Information Technology, Marketing, and Real Estate and Facilities, and a variety of directors and other senior managers responsible for core business functions in a complex, globally integrated, professional services organization. This central management is complemented by Directors of Administration and support staff in each of our offices.
