Adam Kelson is a partner and focuses his practice on business and corporate counseling and transactional matters, including transactions involving equity and debt financing, venture capital, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, technology licensing, and commercial matters.
Adam represents numerous types of parties in transactions, including founders, emerging growth companies, private equity sponsors, financial institutions, and multinational corporations in a wide variety of commercial, corporate, strategic, and financial matters, including the acquisitions and sales of businesses and complex financing transactions. He also acts as outside general counsel for several emerging growth and private equity portfolio companies.
His experience spans a variety of industries with a focus on technology, including fintech, EdTech, PropTech, AI, cloud, internet, e-commerce, advertising, marketing, and Mobility/AV.
