Adam Heyd is a partner in the firm's Seattle office where he is a member of our Corporate practice and M&A practice group. His practice focuses on corporate and transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, securities law compliance, corporate governance and venture capital financings. Adam has extensive experience working with private equity firms and their portfolio companies across a range of industries, including manufacturing, technology, consumer goods and services, and healthcare. Adam also has particular experience with cross-border transactions, having worked outside the US for a number of years.
