Angela Buchanan is a litigator with the firm’s Dallas office and primarily focuses her practice in the complex commercial litigation and disputes practice group. Ms. Buchanan has extensive experience in and out of the court room. Ms. Buchanan’s experience includes handling complex multi-million dollar contract, fraud and premises liability matters for national, multi-national, regional and local companies. Ms. Buchanan has had success at all stages of litigation, including: discovery, summary judgment, mediation, and trial.

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm Ms. Buchanan served as a senior litigation associate in a commercial law firm. Ms. Buchanan also has specific experience in transportation, contract disputes, products liability, toxic tort and insurance litigation.
