Anna Amprimo is an associate in the firm’s Milan office. She concentrates her practice on construction and real estate matters. Ms. Amprimo’s practice is is focused in the real estate sector, where she has accquired specific experience in investment construction matters, as well as in drafting and negotiating the relevant contracts. In particular, she provides assitance to investors and developers, both international and local, in relation to different real estate projects, including the sale and purchase of real estate assets with different use destinations and the development of real estate projects which require legal assistance from the acquisition phase, through the design and build phase until the final marketing stage.

Ms. Amprimo offten advises real estate funds operating in different investment sectors, including the energy sector and, recently, the social housing sector.

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm in June 2012, Ms. Amprimo worked, first as trainee and then as associate, at the Milan office of another leading international law firm.

  • Assistance to a leading Italian investment fund in structuring and pre-developing real estate projects for social and senior housing.
  • Assistance to a leading international investment fund in relation to the development and subsequent lease of a new real estate complex designed for office use, located in Milan, Segrate.
  • Assistance to the owner in the pre-development of a luxury resort in Sicily under the scheme of the management agreements.
  • Development of a luxury resort in Costa Smeralda (Sardinia) and subsequent joint venture structuring.
  • Assistance to a primary real estate investor in the forward lease of an iconic skyscraper in Milan as a primary international operator.

  • Acting on behalf of an international real estate fund, in connection with the acquisition from an international developer of two real estate complexes for logistic use, respectively located in the municipality of Nogara (Verona) and in the municipality of Lazzate (MB).
  • Acting on behalf of global real estate fund, in connection with the acquisition from an international real estate company of a real estate complex for logistic use located in the municipality of Truccazzano (Milan).
  • Assistance to the primary Italian asset manager in connection with the acquisition by one of the real estate fund managed by it of an area located in the municipality of San Donato Milanese, destined to be developed through the realisation of a real estate complex for office use that will become the new headquarter of a global player in the oil and gas sector (ENI).
  • Assistance to an Italian real estate investor in connection with the refurbishment and commercialization of the building of new acquisition located in Milan, Via San Raffaele 1 on the corner of Piazza Duomo, with mixed retail and office use.
  • Acting on behalf of a real estate fund managed by a fund of funds, in connection with the acquisition from a vehicle belonging to a Milan aristocratic family of a real estate complex located in Milan, Via Ceresio 7-9.

  • Day-by-day advice to a company belonging to an American professional services and investment management real estate company fully specialised and committed in design and construction of fit-out works, in relation to the realisation of the fit-out works to be carried out as part of the redevelopment of a luxury hotel located in Rome, Piazza della Repubblica, which is owned by a Qatari investor.
  • Acting on behalf of the real estate investment fund controlled by a Swiss multinational investment bank and financial services company, in the purchase of high street retail complex in Turin from a real estate investment fund controlled by a global investment bank.
Project Finance
  • Sponsors’ counsel team a health-care BOT project, consisting in the realisation of the Phase II of an Hospital in Northern Italy (Brescia). Value of the transaction: about 150 mio euros.
  • Sponsors’ counsel in the pre-awarding phase in a PFI project for the realization of the new Treviso Hospital. Value of the transaction: about 120 mio euros.
