Ms. James is a real estate lawyer and acts for vendors, purchasers, lessors and lessees in all aspects of their transactions.

Ms. James has experience in a broad spectrum of property matters involving call options, property acquisitions and disposals (including the sale of distressed assets) and commercial, retail and industrial leasing.

Ms. James also manages the property aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence.

Professional Background

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Ms. James worked as a lawyer at a boutique firm specialising in property, franchising and general commercial law.
