Mr. Soards represents clients in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, development and financing, including interim construction and permanent financing.
Mr. Soards is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED-AP), a distinction he earned through the Green Building Certification Institute. As a LEED-AP, he has demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles, as well as the LEED Rating System.

Mr. Soards began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte Haskins & Sells, now Deloitte & Touche, from 1985 to 1989.
