Ms. Migliorino is a commercial litigator with significant experience in advising a broad range of corporate clients in relation to the strategic management and resolution of disputes.

She has particular expertise in managing complex disputes for clients in the energy and resources sector, with a focus on contract, planning and commercial property disputes.

Ms. Migliorino has experience in handling proceedings in various Australian Courts including the Supreme Court of NSW, the Federal Court of Australia and the Land and Environment Court of NSW, as well as with various alternate dispute resolution mechanisms including Mediation and Expert Determination.

  • Prosecuting a publicly listed company for failure to pay consideration for its purchase of all of the shares in a privately owned software company. 
  • Defending a AUD19 million fraud claim in relation to the ownership of a residential property development.
  • Defending a AUD160 million fraud claim in relation to ownership of a disused mine site. 
  • Advising a major telecommunications company in relation to ongoing claims against its competitors concerning breaches of the Australian Consumer Law. 
  • Advising on a section 75L objector's appeal in the Land & Environment Court against the Minister's approval of the Glen Innes Wind Farm. 
  • Defending two section 75L objector's appeals in the Land & Environment Court against the Minister's approval of the Gullen Range Wind Farm. 
  • Successfully defending a section 98 objector’s appeal in the Land & Environment Court against the Minister’s approval of the Taralga Wind Farm. 
  • Advising on a AUD4 million breach of contract matter in relation to a supply agreement dispute concerning the manufacture of biodiesel.
