Mr. Varshosaz is an associate in the Dallas office of K&L Gates. His practice is concentrated on bankruptcy and financial reorganization, complex commercial litigation, and avoidance and insolvency litigation. Mr. Varshosaz has experience representing a multitude of clients, including debtors, secured creditors, asset purchasers, trade vendors, and landlords in connection with bankruptcy matters. In addition, Mr. Varshosaz has experience in state law actions and complex contractual disputes.
