Ms. Petronio is experienced in representing clients in a large variety of complex commercial litigation matters in federal, bankruptcy and state courts, as well as before domestic and international arbitration tribunals. She has specialized experience in complex, business litigation, including insolvency, business fraud and deal litigation matters on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. Ms. Petronio also experience in matters related to legal malpractice defense, ethics and professional responsibility.
