Brandon R. Dillman is an associate in the firm’s Boston office. Mr. Dillman focuses his practice on general civil and commercial litigation. He has litigation experience in matters involving real estate transactions, intellectual property, financial services, international arbitration, construction contracts, and general commercial litigation. Mr. Dillman has litigated cases involving demands for arbitration, breach of contract, unfair business practices, breach of fiduciary duty, conversion, and misappropriation of trade secrets.

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Dillman was a civil litigation paralegal at a Boston law firm for five years. As a paralegal, he was involved with general commercial disputes and insurance-coverage litigation. In 2011, he second-chaired a twenty-five day trial in Suffolk County Superior Court in a case involving allegations of breach of fiduciary duty by the directors of a Delaware corporation. Mr. Dillman was a summer associate in the Boston office of K&L Gates in 2015.


While attending Suffolk Law School, Mr. Dillman received the Best Brief Award in his first-year legal writing course. He received the Best Brief Award and was a finalist in the Tom C. Clark Appellate Advocacy Competition in 2016. Mr. Dillman was a member of the National Trial Team, the Securities Moot Court Team, and the Suffolk Law Review.

Mr. Dillman’s pro bono work was recognized by the firm in 2016.
