Mr. Durham focuses his practice on private equity and mezzanine finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law matters. He has represented clients in a variety of complex business transactions, including the purchase and sale of private companies and divisions of public companies, recapitalizations, equity and mezzanine debt investments, the establishment of joint ventures and other strategic and corporate matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Durham worked as an analyst in the Human Resources Department of McKesson General Medical, a national medical supply distributor based in Richmond, Va.
