Brian Graham is a partner in the firm’s Austin office where he concentrates his practice in corporate and investment-based immigration law and is a member of the labor, employment and workplace safety practice group. He is internationally recognized for his expertise in obtaining visas, permanent residency, and citizenship for athletes, entertainers, executives, healthcare professionals, investors, religious workers, information technology workers, professors, and researchers. Mr. Graham regularly advises corporations on immigration compliance issues and developing long-term immigration strategies. In addition, he counsels immigrant investors and developers on the EB-5 immigrant investor program. He works alongside tax and estate planning attorneys to counsel high net worth individuals on comprehensive immigration planning.

Mr. Graham is ranked as a leading corporate immigration lawyer by Chambers & Partners (2006-present), recognized by Best Lawyers in America (2010-2017), received Finance Monthly’s 2018 USA Corporate Immigration Lawyer of the Year, received 2017 Austin Immigration Lawyer of the Year, and has been named a “Texas Super Lawyer” since 2013. He has been Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2000, and currently serves on the examinations committee for the Board’s annual examination in immigration and nationality law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Graham headed the immigration law practice at a national law firm based in Texas. Before entering private practice, he was employed as Assistant District Counsel for the Immigration and Naturalization Service and worked at the INS Office of the General Counsel in Washington, D.C.
