The Brussels office has an international and a national practice which focuses on EU competition and regulatory issues and transactional/commercial matters. Our lawyers have significant international experience and are fluent in English.

Our competition and regulatory practice covers all aspects of EU competition law, including state aid, merger control, cartel investigations and anti-competitive behaviour, as well as advice on a broad range of regulatory issues across a variety of industry sectors. In particular, the regulatory practice includes a well-established and highly-regarded food and nutrition law component. In addition, our lawyers provide strategic advice on policy matters relevant to EU legislation and regulation. Clients include European and non-European businesses and trade associations.

Our transactional practice advises multinational and Belgian corporations on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions and related matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, distribution and licensing arrangements, and dispute resolution. Clients include investment funds and companies in the high technology, logistics, textile, automobile, and pharmaceutical sectors.
