Caiti Zeytoonian is an associate in the firm’s Boston office, where she is a member of the antitrust, competition & trade regulation practice group. She focuses her practice on distribution-related antitrust counseling, competition compliance and complex business litigation matters.

Ms. Zeytoonian’s litigation experience includes the representation of product manufacturers and companies in federal antitrust cases involving monopolization, restraint of trade and unfair competition issues. She also has experience dealing with intellectual property, false advertising and contract disputes. In the regulatory sphere, Ms. Zeytoonian counsels clients on the design, coordination and execution of tailored distribution policies and agreements devised to effectively combat brand dilution, online price erosion and gray market activity both regionally and globally. This includes the design and implementation of selective distribution strategies, pricing policies and authorized reseller networks in the United States and abroad.

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Zeytoonian worked as a part-time law clerk at a boutique civil litigation firm in Boston while pursuing her law degree full-time at Boston University School of Law. In 2016, Ms. Zeytoonian was a summer associate in the firm’s Boston office. Ms. Zeytoonian has also interned with the Senior Trial Unit in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, where she second-chaired an aggravated assault trial. Prior to law school, Ms. Zeytoonian interned with the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General. She has also worked as a legislative intern for U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders and U.S. Senator Ed Markey during his time as a U.S. Representative for Massachusetts’s 5th congressional district.
