Prior to joining K&L Gates, Ms. Gildea was an associate in the investment management group of the corporate and securities department at Chapman and Cutler LLP in Chicago. Before entering law school, Ms. Gildea worked as a research specialist and legal assistant in the legal department of a public corporation in Boston specializing in green technologies.
