Cathy is a partner in the  Projects/ Public/Private Partnerships group in London. She has specialised in PPP/PFI projects since their inception and is recognized by the independent directories as a leading health care expert.  She has advised on PPP/PFI procurements in other sectors including transport, education, social housing, waste, defence and technology.

Professional Background

Prior to joining K&L Gates in May 2008, Cathy was Partner and Head of Projects at an international law firm.  She qualified as an Australian solicitor in 1989 and qualified in England and Wales in 1992.
