  • Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology v Stansfield College Pte Ltd and anor [2018] SGHC 232: Represented the Plaintiff in its claim against a local private education institute for unpaid fees of approximately A$940,000.
  • Mataban Development Pte Ltd v Black Knight Warrior [2017] SGHCR 12: Acted for the Plaintiff and successfully resisted an application by the defendant to set aside the Adjudication Determination obtained in prior adjudication proceedings.
  • Mondial Assistance (Asia) Pte Ltd v Eric Jean Raymond Morazin [2015] SGHC 160: Represented the plaintiff/employer in a claim against its ex-employee. The causes of action included breaches of his employment obligations, fiduciary duties, and breach of confidence. The plaintiff was able to obtain an order for electronic discovery (E-Discovery) across several of the defendant’s repositories due to, inter alia, the large volume of documents involved.
  • Acted for a client in defending a claim by his former employer for, inter alia, alleged breaches of his employment contract and fiduciary duties by conspiring with two other defendants to make a severance payment of approximately AUD$3 million to a former employee.
  • Acted for various contractors with claims of up to SG$3.5 million in adjudication proceedings under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act (“SOPA”)
  • Advising on employment matters including severance payment, wrongful dismissal, termination and recruitment
