Chiara Del Frate

Chiara Del Frate is special counsel at the firm. She focuses her practice on real estate investment, development, and finance. She has a wide range of experience advising on luxury retail, restaurant and entertainment, logistics, student housing, and high value residential in UK and Italy. Chiara has extensive experience representing corporate clients and prime luxury brands on cross border asset and corporate deals. She acts for owners, purchasers, lenders, borrowers, landlords, and tenants.

Chiara is qualified in Italy and UK. She qualified at the Italian Bar in 2001 and worked at various Milan firms. She qualified as a solicitor in the UK in 2010. Chiara has been representing international clients on a whole range of property matters and has extensive experience in handling high value and complex real estate transactions.
