Dr. Christian Hullmann

Christian Hullmann is a partner in the firm's Real Estate practice. He focuses on land use and planning and environmental law. He has extensive experience advising leading German and international corporate clients on real estate developments and transactions, as well as on drafting and negotiating planning agreements relating to issues such as enabling development. In addition, he advises clients on renewable energy projects, including photovoltaic (PV) facilities and wind farms.

Christian joined K&L Gates in January 2007. From 2001 to 2006 he worked in the Berlin offices of leading international law firms.

Christian holds lectures on planning law as well as on topics such as renewable energy and environmental issues.
