Christof Hupe is a partner in the firm's Berlin office and focuses on real estate law. He has extensive experience advising German and international clients on real estate transactions, real estate finance and securitization, tenancy law, real-estate related public law, contract and commercial law including litigation. His clients include German and international investors, investment funds, investment joint ventures, family funds, financial institutions and loan servicers in respect of real estate transactions and real estate financing matters.
Christof Hupe joined K&L Gates in January 2007. From 2005 to 2006 he worked in the Berlin office of another international law firm. He was admitted to the Bar in 2005.
