Claudius Paul is a counsel in the firm's Frankfurt office and part of the Corporate and Transactional practice group. He focuses on private equity/M&A and special situation advisory. He has advised on numerous cross-border transactions, and has assisted foreign clients in their investments in Germany.

Professional Background

Claudius joined K&L Gates in July 2011. Prior to joining K&L Gates, he worked for renowned national and international law firms in Frankfurt/Main. In 2006 and 2007, within two secondments, he assisted The Linde Group on the sale of its forklift business, as well as the acquirer in the corporate law-related reorganization of the KION GROUP.
