Mr. Clark is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of K&L Gates. He advises depository institutions, trust companies, broker-dealers, investment advisers, and other financial institutions with respect to state and federal banking and securities laws. He also works on public policy issues relating to the financial services industry and assists with immigration matters.

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Clark worked as a summer associate for a law firm in Mexico City.  He was a summer associate with K&L Gates in 2007.
