Daisy Sexton is an associate in the firm’s New York office. Her practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. Ms. Sexton is also active in pro bono work, involving various areas such as intellectual property, immigration, animal law, and human trafficking.

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sexton was a legal intern for Fordham University School of Law’s Federal Litigation Clinic and their Samuel-Glushko Intellectual Property Clinic. While working in the Federal Litigation Clinic, she represented a client who had been indicted for conspiracy to commit drug trafficking. In the Samuel-Glushko Intellectual Property Clinic, she represented a client involved in a copyright litigation over SAT preparation materials. In addition, she was a summer associate for the firm’s New York office in 2016. Ms. Sexton was a judicial intern for the Honorable Felicia A. Mennin of Midtown Community Court, Criminal Court of the City of New York in 2015, and she was a litigation paralegal at a New York law firm.
