Wu Dan’s practice focuses on M&A, FDI, general corporate and food regulation. She has advised a variety of multinational corporations in their PRC projects, including acquisition of PRC companies in a variety of industries as well as the establishment, operation and dissolution of foreign invested enterprises in various cities of China.

Professional Background

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Ms. Wu was an associate with a PRC leading law firm where she advised multinational clients on their operations in China.

  • Advised a US real estate fund on its acquisition of a portfolio of core logistic real estate assets in China worth approximately US$300 million.
  • Advised a US client on its €23 million acquisition of records management business in China.
  • Advised a domestic public company on its RMB5 billion auction bid of a state-owned enterprise in China.
