Ms. Monti is a Senior Associate in the Sydney Real Estate team. She acts for various corporate advisory firms, lending institutions and corporate entities in relation to commercial, industrial and agricultural property sales and acquisitions. Ms. Monti has extensive experience advising lending institutions and advisory and restructuring firms in relation to complex distressed asset sales.

Ms. Monti also assists corporate clients with commercial, industrial and retail leasing needs. In addition, she has acted on major property projects and manages the property aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions.
