Mr. Hudock practices in the area of litigation representing corporate and individual clients in cases before state and federal courts in a wide range of practice areas. He has extensive litigation experience with emphasis on toxic tort, product liability and construction matters. He has represented multinational corporations, domestic manufacturing firms and construction companies in a wide variety of toxic tort, products liability, design defect and insurance coverage matters, including welding rod manufacturers, specialty metals manufacturers and electrical distribution companies.

In his mass tort practice, Mr. Hudock serves on the national coordinating and trial counsel teams for clients facing thousands of mass tort claims pending in nearly every jurisdiction in the United States. In the construction field, his practice has included the representation of owners, engineers, general contractors and specialty sub-contractors in matters involving petro chemical, steel, heavy and highway and general building construction on multi-million dollar projects around the world. His construction litigation experience includes both private and public works projects, bonding and insurance claims, mechanic's liens, and the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts.

Mr. Hudock served in the US Army for a decade and now, as a 100% service disabled veteran who is accredited to prosecute claims before with the Veterans’ Administration, provides pro bono legal assistance to homeless and indigent veterans in pursuit of their VA benefits and health care.
