David E. Wagner

David Wagner is a partner in the firm's Real Estate practice. He focuses his practice on the acquisition, development, financing, and leasing of office, retail, warehouse, medical, and mixed-use projects. His clients include shopping center owners, office landlords and tenants, real estate developers, healthcare providers, institutional investors, and lending institutions. David regularly handles matters involving retail leasing, standard and medical office leasing, and ground leases as well as a full range of development and finance matters. In addition, David handles land use issues before local governmental officials and a wide range of distressed commercial real estate matters.

Prior to his legal career, David served as a captain in the United States Marine Corps where he served from 1991-1997.
