Ms. Eichner has developed a broad-based real estate practice including public/private real estate developments, leasing, lot sale contracts, non-profit associations for the ownership and maintenance of common facilities, acquisition and disposition of developed and undeveloped properties, sale/leaseback and other real estate financing structures. Before joining K&L Gates, Ms. Eichner was an entrepreneur engaged in retail and publishing activities. In addition, she was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 1983.
Ms. Eichner is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED-AP), a distinction she earned through the Green Building Certification Institute. As a LEED-AP, she has demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles, as well as the LEED Rating System
