Denise Yasinow is an associate in the firm’s Pittsburgh office and is part of the Commercial Disputes and Construction practice groups. She has worked on multimillion dollar disputes involving the construction of coal fired power plants and gas turbine power plants in Chile and Qatar. She also has experience in insurance coverage litigation involving asbestos-containing products and former manufactured gas plant sites.
