Diego Gómez-Cornejo is an associate in the Dallas office. Mr. Gómez-Cornejo’s practice focuses on corporate and securities transactions, including advising corporate clients on matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic transactions and corporate governance. Mr. Gómez-Cornejo also devotes part of his practice to counseling lenders and borrowers and documenting credit transactions.
