Dom Lerario is an associate in the firm’s Corporate practice group and focuses his practice on securities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and general corporate law matters. He regularly advises both domestic and international public and private companies and investors on transactional, securities and corporate governance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, reporting requirements under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and compliance with stock exchange rules.

In addition, his experience also includes representing borrowers and lenders in connection with secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, asset-based loans and acquisition financing.

Professional Background

Prior to law school, Mr. Lerario worked as an English teacher in China and then as a Mandarin Chinese and Spanish language teacher in North Carolina. Mr. Lerario was a summer associate at K&L Gates in 2015.
