Dominik Pauly is a senior associate in the firm's Frankfurt office and part of the Finance practice group. He advises financial investors, private equity funds and companies on complex national and cross-border finance transactions.

His knowledge ranges from advising domestic and foreign investors on acquisition and corporate financings to counseling in refinancing environments. In addition, he assists domestic and foreign lenders and borrowers with real estate financings.

Mr. Pauly is also experienced in advising investors on the purchase of secured and unsecured loans (including non-performing loans), as well as on financial restructurings.

Professional Background

Mr. Pauly joined K&L Gates in May 2013, after working for other leading international law firms following his studies and while completing his legal clerkship.

Speaking Engagements

Mr. Pauly regularly gives lectures on international finance topics at the Institute of Law and Finance (Frankfurt).
