Eberhardt Kühne is a partner in the firm's Berlin office and its Corporate and Transactional Practice Group. His practice focuses on complex business transactions (including cross border M&A, international joint ventures, commercial property projects and transactions). He advises foreign companies on entry into German regulated markets. Eberhardt's practice encompasses dispute resolution among shareholders in non-listed companies or resulting from business transactions.
Eberhardt joined K&L Gates in January 2007. 1999 through 2006 he was a partner with a European law firm in their Berlin office, 1993 to 1999 he was partner with a German law firm in Hamburg. He gained first international experience when training with a law firm in New York City. He clerked with the German Federal Cartel Office and the Hanseatic Court of Appeals, Hamburg.
