Ms. Helm works with asset-based lenders in the structuring, documenting and negotiating of general working capital and acquisition loans, as well as in workouts of asset-based and mezzanine loans. She spent several years as corporate counsel of the asset-based lending subsidiary of a large financial institution, structuring transactions and documenting and negotiating loans, workouts, sales and confidentiality agreements. Her experience also includes work in syndicated loan transactions, bankruptcy and litigation matters and the acquisition of loan portfolios.
