Ms. Archer is a litigator who has experience conducting a broad range of disputes, including highly sensitive and fast paced tort claims and insurance disputes. Her experience also includes the provision of regulatory advice and conducting regulatory investigations.

Professional Background

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Ms. Archer gained international litigation and regulatory experience in London working at a technology and life sciences law firm, and while in-house as a Legal Counsel at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Before her in-house role, Ms. Archer worked at a large Australian-based law firm.

Ms. Archer has advised and acted on behalf of large organisations, insurance companies and government departments. She has advised on product liability litigation, public liability litigation, asbestos litigation, workers' compensation litigation, property damage recovery litigation, insurance policies and coverage disputes, and has provided regulatory advice regarding product related issues. Ms. Archer also advises on contractual disputes.
