Guy Peterson focuses on general liability, public liability and insurance coverage matters with over 15 years' experience in defending a wide range of personal injury, property and other claims in all Courts in Victoria and Western Australia.
He has acted for a wide range of government departments and bodies in relation to public liability and "worker to worker" claims and related Victorian WorkCover Authority (VWA) recoveries. Guy has also acted for a number of multi-state and national organisations, including casino operators, as well as self-insureds and other insureds in relation to public liability and a range of "worker to worker" claims and related VWA recoveries.
He also has extensive experience in advising insurers and insureds on complex insurance and contractual indemnity issues and claims for contribution and recovery from other insurers.
