Ronald Pelosi

Ronald Pelosi is a senior policy advisor in the firm’s San Francisco office. His political experience in San Francisco includes having served as president of the Board of Supervisors, president of the City Planning Commission, and chairman of the board, Employees’ Retirement System. He also served on the board of directors of the Golden Gate Bridge Highway and Transportation District, Association of Bay Area Governments and League of California Cities. Currently, Ronald is a standing guest lecturer on Mediation for Dispute Resolution at Stanford University.

Ronald focuses on financial services, capital markets, international trade and related policy issues, as well as mediation services. Ronald has an extensive background in the securities business, mutual funds, and private equity. He was president of Forward Funds, one of the first sustainability-oriented mutual fund groups, and president of Webster Investment Management Company. In addition, he is an experienced Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and American Arbitration Association mediator. In executive search, he was a partner with Korn/Ferry International.

Previously, he was the managing director of a consulting firm offering advice to companies and organizations in various industries. He also served as a senior advisor to Social Finance student loans, Reputation Defender online reputation management, and Menke and Associates employee stock ownership plans. He graduated from Stanford with a B.A. in American History.
