Ruby A. Nagamine

Ruby Nagamine is an associate and a member of the Commercial Disputes practice group. Ruby assists clients in a broad range of litigation matters including breach of contract, post-employment restrictive covenants, false advertising, copyright infringement, and trade secret misappropriation. She is experienced with all stages of litigation, from strategic pre-litigation advice through trial. 

Ruby also represents clients in bankruptcy and insolvency matters. She has experience with a variety of bankruptcy proceedings including automatic stay litigation, fraudulent and preferential transfer litigation, adequate protection, use of cash collateral, and chapter 11 plan confirmation. 

In addition, Ruby maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing domestic violence survivors in obtaining protection orders and representing asylum seekers in immigration proceedings.

Ruby was a summer associate at the firm in 2017 and 2018.
