Stacey E. Roberts

Stacey Roberts is an associate in the firm’s Boston office.

Stacey concentrates her practice on commercial and financing transactions. Her primary focus involves advising financial institutions and service providers in their many roles, including as owner trustee, indenture trustee, collateral agent, custodian, servicer, backup servicer, escrow agent, securities intermediary, and paying agent. Stacey regularly advises clients in a wide range of deal categories, such as structured financings, securitizations, and life settlement transactions.

Stacey’s practice often involves authoring third party legal opinions on issues relating to relating to the Uniform Commercial Code, Delaware entities, and other matters of Delaware law.

Prior to joining the firm, Stacey was an associate at a global 100 law firm, where she concentrated her practice in global finance. In addition, she was a corporate associate in the banking and finance practice of a Massachusetts law firm.
