Mr. Hung is a partner in the K&L Gates' Taipei office. His practice focuses on intellectual property (IP) licensing and litigation matters in the technology, retail and brands, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and food and beverage industries. Mr. Hung advises multinational clients on IP strategies, registration, procurement, licensing, litigation for copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and unfair competition.

Mr. Hung also advises on general corporate and commercial issues, including counselling clients on the legal issues encountered in their day to day operations in Taiwan.

Professional Background

Mr. Hung is also a registered patent agent and notary public. Prior to joining K&L Gates, Mr. Hung worked for several international law firms.
