Chiara del Frate is Special Counsel in the firm’s London office. She focuses her practice on Real Estate Investment, Development and Finance. She has a wide range of experience advising on commercial and residential property matters both in the UK and Italy, including property investment, landlord and tenant matters and property finance. Chiara has extensive experience representing Italian clients on cross border property investment deals, in particular for owners, purchasers, lenders, landlords and tenants.

Professional Background

Chiara began her career in Rome as a trainee in 1997, before becoming a lead associate at an Italian law firm in 1999. Her next move was to an international law firm based in their Milan office, before joining the London office of a leading Italian law firm. Most recently Chiara was at an international law firm where she represented a portfolio of Italian clients on various commercial and residential property matters.

Chiara has developed a strong cross-border Italy - UK business in the Real Estate sector.
