Mr. Farina is a lawyer with considerable experience in advising on and managing corporate fundraising transactions (including initial public offerings, placements, entitlement offers, share purchase plans and secondary sales) and with the provision of Corporations Act, ASIC Market Integrity Rule and ASX Listing Rule advice.

Mr. Farina regularly advises listed and unlisted companies, institutional investors and government agencies on the structuring and implementation of (and the legal issues relating to) their equity capital market (and major corporate and/or change of control) transactions as well as on the drafting and negotiation of the necessary process and transaction documents.

Professional Background

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Mr. Farina worked at a global law firm and at the Australian Securities Exchange as a Senior Adviser within the Listings department.
