Ms. Wrafter is a lawyer in our Corporate and Transactional team. She has experience in the infrastructure, transport, defence, agribusiness and energy and resources sectors. She advises a range of market participants, including project operators and proponents, stakeholders and contractors on a broad range of project requirements including corporate and commercial advisory, construction and infrastructure, planning and environment and intellectual property requirements.

Professional Background

Ms. Wrafter joined K&L Gates as a graduate, completing the program and gaining exposure to property law, labour, employment, work relations and safety and corporate and transactional matters. Before starting at K&L Gates, Ms. Wrafter worked as an undergraduate in dispute resolution and litigation and employment, immigration and work relations and safety teams in a large Australian law firm.

  • Advising on aspects of project structuring, delivery and operation including preparing RFP documentation, drafting and negotiating project documentation.

  • Advising major airport on development of supporting infrastructure.
