Lorenzo Fratantoni is counsel in the firm’s Milan office. His practice mainly focuses on corporate law matters with respect to both contentious and non-contentious matters. He also advises domestic and international companies on complex commercial transactions. Mr. Fratantoni has significant experience and knowledge of the gambling and gaming industry and of the pharmaceutical and health care sector.

Professional Background

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Mr. Fratantoni was a senior associate at other top ranked international law firms based in Milan. He focused his practice mainly on corporate law, including transactional matters (e.g. M&A, PE, public-to-private, venture capital deals, joint ventures, shareholder agreement) as well as litigation (e.g. R&W claims, BoD/statutory auditors liability, challenge of corporate resolutions, unfair competition). Mr. Fratantoni also developed a remarkable practice in commercial contracts, including negotiating and drafting of business outsourcing, and agency, international sales contracts and other complex business arrangements.
